1. Do you manufacture all your fixtures in Australia?

Yes. We manufacture all our shelving in our factory complex at Banyo in Queensland and we distribute throughout Australia.

You can be assured that your shelving is Australian Made and manufactured from the highest quality materials for strength, durability and stability.

All shelving has been certified and compliance tested for strength and durability by a Certified Australian Engineer.

Keylar Shelving offers only the highest quality products with safety and reliability in mind.

 

2. Do you have a showroom where I can get shelving storage ideas?

Yes. We have a showroom at 975 Nudgee Road Banyo where a team of friendly staff can discuss your needs.

3. Can I choose a colour for my shelving order?

Yes.  We have 4 standard powder coat colours and the finish on all shelving is an advanced quality polyester powder coating, which gives a more durable, harder and scuff resistant finish to the shelving.

Standard colours are Bright White, Matt Black, Oyster Grey, or Magnolia Cream.

You are also able to select from a wide range of colours that may suit your requirements. A surcharge may be applied for non-standard colours.

           

4. What is the lead time from acceptance of your quote?

We endeavour to manufacture all orders within a 2-week timeframe.

As we manufacture all components on site with an experienced team we are able to offer the highest standard within a short turn around time due to our efficient production management process.

           

5. Do you manufacture smaller orders like garage shelving?

Yes. We manufacture many home storage solutions that are flexible, easy to assemble and are made from quality materials.

We also provide custom made options should you require specific measurements.

Our team is experienced in providing storage solutions and we have an onsite Designer that can assist.

           

6. Do you manufacture larger orders for supermarkets, government departments, library’s, schools and hospitals?

Yes.  We manufacture large volume orders. Our lead time is one of the most competitive in Australia with most production runs completed within 2 weeks.

Our shelving units are quality tested and the steel has been certified and compliance tested for strength and durability by a Certified Australian Engineer.

7. Can I have my shelving units custom made to suit my storage area?

Yes. Our team will offer you advice on the height and width you will need to efficiently suit your space. We have an onsite Designer that can develop solutions to suit your requirements.

We have many storeroom options available to suit your budget and requirements.

           

8. Do you provide a warranty with your products?

Yes. 5 years against manufacturing faults.

           

9. Do you accept credit card, eftpos and cash?

Yes we accept all the above methods of payment.

Account requests can be made for ongoing and larger orders.

           

10. Can you arrange delivery of the goods?

Yes we can arrange delivery for your goods or you can choose your referred method of delivery.

Pick up is also available.

 

11. Do you provide free quotes?

Yes.  We provide expert advice from our friendly team. We have a designer on site that works with our customers to come up with storage, display and shelving solutions.

We also provide a free measure and quote if required or we can work off plans to suit client requirements.
